A city is no longer just a city: it’s connected to the world, and the world comes to its doorstep. How do we find and place ourselves in an ever shifting landscape of globalization and diversity inside the city? This performance will explore how we deal with the different versions of ourselves and our cities, and invite the audience to collaborate in an experiment on how we can use movement to build bridges, or tear them down.
I am a trans-national artist (dancer, choreographer, writer) currently based in Seoul. I believe passionately in peace that is more than not war, life that is full and fulfilling, and creativity as a fundamental aspect of humanity.
