Olivia Armenta brings a rich experience working with municipal, state, and federal governments. Olivia has worked extensively in Latin America with the Inter-American Development Bank and various NGOs. Her work has included project development and implementation of infrastructure and social development projects. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal and was a Fulbright Scholar in Peru.

Apart from her work in international work, Olivia served as political organizer and as a political appointee for the Obama Administration in the Department of Defense on issues of humanitarian policy.

Olivia holds a Masters of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Masters of Science in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Arizona. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French.
