Adam is an action researcher, writer, and educator with the Presencing Institute, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 2015, along with Otto Scharmer, he co-designed the course “u.lab: Transforming Business, Society and Self” which has since reached over 100,000 people in 180 countries, enabling them to learn and apply Theory U – a framework and methodology that connects science, spirituality and social change – to the challenges they face in their own local contexts.
