Alice leads on a portfolio of work looking at how the web is transforming communities and civic life at Nesta. She has a particular interest in how people are changing the society around them using new technology and ways of organising, collaborating and connecting from the ground up. Examples include her work  leading the ShareLab Fund, developing practical work on crowdfunding, and encouraging UK grant givers to open up their data and publish to a new UK standard through 360Giving.
