Christine has a long experience in the public sector working with performance management, citizen dialogue and strategic issues for the municipality. 

Today Christine is a projectmanager at (SALAR). One of her assignments at SALAR has been running a project helping local authorities to understand and develop the culture and values in their society. Inspiration for the project has been obtained from the National Values Assessment of Sweden. Christine has also been involved in the work concerning Radical Change. Using design thinking and co-creating with the citizens.
