Isabelle Hébert started her career in the US at one of the leading healthcare insurance companies, CIGNA Corp., where she held various leadership functions in sales, underwriting, care management, finance and innovation. She later joined one of the top 3 healthcare insurance players in the US, Aetna, as part of the Office of the Chairman, where she focused on care management and international development. She then held the position of Head of International Marketing and moved to the Middle East to manage the acquisition of expatriate insurance MGU Goodhealth and Public Private Partnership with the Dubai Health Authority. In 2010, she moved back to France to join Malakoff Mederic (employee benefits provider), as Head of Strategy and Marketing and a member of the Executive Committee. She focused on product innovation, and the development of care management programs for French employers (networks, care management, disease management, lifestyle programs). In July 2013, she joined MGEN, an employee benefits provider for the public sector, as Senior Vice President Insurance as well as a member of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for 3.5 million subscribers. Her team includes sales, care management, claims, calls, HR, regulatory and digital transformation.
