Mursal is the chief executive and founder of Chatterbox, a platform that trains refugees as foreign language tutors and connects them with students and professionals across the UK. She is a graduate in Economics from the University of Leeds and Year Here social change fellow. A former refugee herself, Mursal was inspired to create pathways to professional careers for refugees after observing first-hand the vast untapped talent and potential residing in the refugee community.
