Engineer of the ESME Sudria, Nils Van Effenterre works for the SNCF on major projects for the development of lines. Alongside his engineering curriculum, he developed a passion for video and reporting. After a first almost self-taught documentary experience showing the impact that road construction can have on the lifestyles of the isolated populations of the Himalayas, he became involved with New CITYzens as a reporter. He has made 10 videos on social enterprises or citizen initiatives in different major cities around the world (Montreal, New York, Bangkok, Phnom Penh ...).
