Stefan is Director for Unions and Business at the New Economics Foundation where he works on the future of work and power and accountability in the economy. Before working for NEF, Stefan spent ten years as an organiser with Citizens UK, the UK’s largest community organising alliance. He played a leading role in the Living Wage campaign, which engaged more than 30% of the FTSE100 and 3000 employers across the UK, and led to national wage reform in 2015.
