Valerie Costa
Valerie Costa is a member of the staff collective of 350 Seattle and an organizational development wonk. She's been working with grassroots organizations since her teens and has been pondering the question of how to make the way we organize together more democratic, flexible, and energizing. Valerie is the founder of Aril Consulting, a collectively-run fundraising and nonprofit management firm. She is also a member of the inaugural cohort of the Sustainable Economies Law Center's Nonprofit Democracy Network.
